Since our founding in January 2000, ESA Engineers, Surveyors, & Associates, LLC has been providing comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services to truly meet your expectations. Our goal is to serve you for years to come by providing thorough quality, value and accuracy.

Our founder, Daniel R. Ulrich, P.E., P.S., drew upon his twenty-five years of experience in the consulting engineering industry, founding the firm on these principles which continue to guide us. Jeff H. Ruch, P.E. joined ESA in January 2003 and brought his twenty-five years of experience in project management for consulting firms to assist ESA in scheduling, management and client marketing. Greg Boudouris, P.E., P.S. joined the firm in 2004 and added his twenty-five years of experience in governmental projects to the professional expertise within ESA.

Upon Dan’s untimely death in 2005 his wife, Pamela Ulrich, assumed ownership and presidency of the firm. Jeff became Vice President and now guides the day-to-day technical management of ESA. As a Professional Surveyor, Greg oversees the firm’s survey work. Pam’s commitment to continue the firm based on its founding principles now guides the firm’s current success.

Today, ESA Engineers, Surveyors & Associates, LLC brings you an experienced staff of eight, including two professional engineers, one of whom is also a professional surveyor.  ESA serves governmental/public sector, institutional and private clients, providing a wide array of engineering and surveying projects.
