ESA Engineers, Surveyors & Associates, LLC has extensive site engineering and surveying experience for area schools and universities. ESA has provided complete planning, design and surveying services for the site improvements including sanitary, storm, water, roads and pavements. ESA has worked with various architectural firms on these projects and has also contracted directly with the institution for services including bidding and construction administration services. Our project list includes projects in Ohio and Michigan for both school and university projects. We have worked on Kindergarten thru 12th Grade school projects in Ohio that were administered by the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC). Some of these also were LEED certified.
